Last night I made the gluten-full kids of mine mac and cheese and it smelled so good that I attempted to make myself some too. I used this rice and flax seed based penne pasta from Hodgson Mills that I had in the pantry and guess what? It was GOOD. I haven't had mac and cheese in 2 1/2 years so this was a treat. I really do not feel deprived on this gluten free diet!
